By becoming a member of the site, you agree to all terms, conditions as well as all site rules and regulations.
Your account is opened by you, or an authorized representative of your company. You agree that you are opening the account and providing all information to Ameriloop voluntarily. Information about you and your company will be published and collected on our site; you give consent for Ameriloop to do this. You may revoke consent and request to close your account during normal business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You agree that the request to close your account will be in the form of email sent to info@ameriloop.com .
Ameriloop reserves the right to feature you on our website at our discretion.
Badges and Ratings
Ameriloop LLC has a proprietary scoring process in place. If any member is found to be abusing or fraudulently acquiring or using badges and scores, they will be immediately removed from the site and banned from any further activity on the site. Anyone removed and banned from the site indemnifies and holds harmless Ameriloop.com and Ameriloop LLC. By inputting your personal and company information into our system, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of the site and certifying that all information is true and accurate. Whoever inputs the information to acquire a badge and score states that they have permission or are a company representative authorized to do so. You agree to and unequivocally accept the computer generated score provided after your company information is entered into Ameriloop. You agree to have some or all of the information inputted into our system/site published on your company badge/profile page and elsewhere, accessible to, but not limited to, other members and visitors online and offline, as well as the general public. You agree to have user/customer feedback and reviews posted about your company. No member is allowed to use a badge or score anywhere but on our site at this time. Members agree to only use the badge and score on Ameriloop.com until we define the exact terms they can be used elsewhere. Links to your profile page with the Ameriloop logo are encouraged and allowed by the site, we provide the HTML code to do so.
Badge and Rating Information:
The Ameriloop badge and rating system is meant to provide businesses and their customers with a generalized overview of how 'centered' or 'focused' the badge holding member company is on the American economy. The Ameriloop badge and related information is intended to assist businesses and their customers make informed decisions about goods made and grown in the USA. All data that is published with an Ameriloop badge has been entered voluntarily into Ameriloop's database by an authorized representative of the member company receiving the badge. Business member ratings are user generated and will vary depending on what information is entered into our system at the time of submission.
Ameriloop does not manipulate or change any data entered, we simply organize it and publish it attached to the member company's profile page. Ameriloop does average the percentages entered by each company. The averaged value is posted in the center of the Ameriloop badge.
The purpose of assigning an average value is to summarize the information entered by a member company. Again, this value is to be used as a general overview of the company, not for a specific product, unless the company only produces one product.
***Ameriloop as well as the general public relies on the member company's honesty when entering answers to questions regarding % US origin of parts and labor. Honesty in the Ameriloop community is essential, if anyone is caught deceiving any other Ameriloop member or the public in general (online or offline), expect to have your account suspended and membership permanently revoked. We are trying to create a positive impact on the American economy and we take this challenge seriously... just in case you are not aware, misleading information regarding unqualified claims of being 'Made in the USA' is a crime.***
All information about products, parts, processing and or assembly entered into Ameriloop.com and claimed to originate or be 'Made in the USA' or 'Made in America' must meet and comply with the Federal Trade Commission standards found here: http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus03-complying-made-usa-standard
Ameriloop members or the general public can alert Ameriloop staff of system abuse in writing at reportabuse@ameriloop.com.
Ameriloop does not certify 'Made in the USA' or 'Made in America' claims. Ameriloop will honor certifications from accredited certification agencies.
'Made in the USA' Claims
All 'Made in the USA' claims, implied or stated, by any registered member, user or company on the site agree that the claim is made by the user, member or company which registered and inputted the information (domestic content, parts, processing and growing), the claim is in accordance with and follows the Federal Trade Commission guidelines (which can be found at http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus03-complying-made-usa-standard) and any local, state and national laws in place governing Made in the USA claims. If for some reason a registered user is investigated and fined for false 'Made in the USA' claims, that user indemnifies and holds harmless Ameriloop against all claims and possible future claims.
Although Ameriloop employees do everything in their power to check out and verify registered user claims, Ameriloop is in no way, shape or form responsible for any user generated content, we make no claims or guarantees of validity or truthfulness for any user, company or business generated content on Ameriloop. Site users indemnify and hold harmless Ameriloop LLC, our employees and affiliates from any action stemming from legal action or disputes due to false 'Made in the USA' claims introduced by user generated content.
Ameriloop does not 'certify' companies to be 'Made in the USA', we simply aggregate registered user (companies and individuals) claims into a useable format. All registered users (companies and individuals) input information on their own behalf and certify that it is true and correct to the best of their knowledge. Ameriloop Badges and Scores measure how 'Centered' an American company may or may not be, on the American economy, based on information provided by registered members, nothing else. Our scoring formula takes into account what, in our opinion, is a multipart, fair grading system for American companies and products.
Consumer submitted pictures, locations and prices of 'American Made' or 'Made in the USA' products are subject to the following terms and conditions:
The member posting a product must be certain that what they are posting is, in fact 'Made in the USA', or 'American Made'. Members should verify this by either looking at packaging and locating a 'Made in the USA' label or, actually contacting the producer of the product (online or via phone). In other words, if you are not sure, don't post it. All Ameriloop members agree not to post any items that do not meet the above criteria. Any member who posts items that are not 'Made in the USA', risks permanently losing membership.
Unacceptable user activity
You agree that you or any third party affiliate will not advertise or use our site for any illegal, grey market or inappropriate dealings with other members or the public. Any such activity; or activity deemed to be such, will automatically suspend and forfeit your membership. You will be permanently banned from Ameriloop.com. This agreement may not be assigned or reassigned by you, the user.

User Generated Comments and Reviews
All users of this website indemnify and hold harmless Ameriloop LLC from any damages resulting from negative comments left by other users regarding their business or business practices. Ameriloop LLC is not a mediator. Ameriloop LLC believes in the Freedom of Speech and every American's right to use it, that being said, the only way a comment will be removed is if a court of law tells us to do so. Business users agree not to leave comments on themselves, or maliciously try to hurt their competitors business; both of these activities are not allowed on Ameriloop and will result in loss/suspension of membership.
All users agree that their comments and reviews will be accurate, truthful and a firsthand experience of the company or product they are commenting on.
