• Dive Helmet for Sub sea Systems' Sea TREK
  Globe developed a tough, UV-resistant, liquid-castable material, Brandonite® 1100-80D, that can be poured into a mold producing a finished part with minimal secondary finishing work. The scratch-resistant product is durable with the color embedded into the material -- thus, improving physical appearance of the part and reducing damage and the need for constant repairs. The liquid-castable material allows for greater design flexibility, letting Globe create a modular ballast system which can be shipped separately, saving shipping and handling expense.
• Carbon Fiber Screw for CT Scanners & other X-ray Tech
  Here at Globe, we have designed and produced a low-cost, non-magnetic, high-performing material that is injection-molded to meet the stringent performance requirements for cost, strength, C/T transparency, and X-ray suitability.
• High-Speed, All-Composite, Diverter Arm for Baggage, Package, Parcel Sorting
  A one-piece diverter and attachment arm (both left and right-hand versions) made of our lightweight, impact resistant Brandonite® 1000-75D material. Its 15% reduction in weight and the impact absorbing properties eliminate the potential for bending, deforming, and failing. The arm was tested independently under the most adverse conditions for over 2 million cycles without showing signs of stress, wear, or degradation. Globe's arm is 25% more cost-effective to produce compared to similar aluminum or plastic parts currently available because the composite diverter arm is cast into its final net shape, eliminating costly secondary machining operations.
• High-Strength Gaskets
  Originally formulated for missile tube muzzle hatches, these high-strength gaskets can be used for many more applications. Made of Globe's proprietary Brandonite®1200-60A liquid-castable, composite material, it can produce parts of almost any size with significantly lower tooling costs compared to traditional compression-molded, rubber products without reducing strength from knit-lines or compression zones. It's highly versatile, mold and fungi resistant, and available in FDA and non-FDA approved grades. Applications for our high-strength include: •Diaphragms, gaskets and seals •Pump gaskets and seals •Deep-sea gaskets and seals •Water/sewage gaskets and seals •Medical equipment gaskets and seals •Bladders
• Non-Skid, Composite Flooring Tiles / Panels
  Globe's X-series, 1/4” Brandonite™X6711- EG, flooring panels are made of a fiber-reinforced composite material that outperforms aluminum, marine plywood, and other fiberglass-based tiles. Our X-series, non-skid tiles meet the most stringent requirements for corrosion resistance and their lightweight composition allows for easy installation. Since its first installation in October 2010 at a busy international US airport, the Brandonite™ X series has held up to the most adverse conditions, providing a higher margin of safety for all.
• Post / Parcel Tilt-Tray Sorter
  Globe engineers have designed a lightweight, sorting, carriage system that can fit into many existing system's metal tracks. The composite carriages are 30% lighter than aluminum and their highly concentric wheels greatly reduce rolling friction. In addition, Globe designed and produced composite tip-up actuators, composite track (in 12 foot sections), and a patented composite drive chain. Since the components are modular, they may be designed to fit with existing systems, reducing upgrade costs, and are relatively easy to install.
